At Camille Barreto Wellness Coaching, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized support to each client.

Because coaching involves time, energy, and reserved scheduling, we maintain the following policy:

Single Sessions:

May be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

No refunds are available for missed or same-day cancellations.

Coaching Packages (3 or 6 sessions):

Payments are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.

Unused sessions may be rescheduled within 60 days of purchase.

Exceptions for emergency circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Auto-Pay Memberships:

Clients may cancel their recurring payments at any time with 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods.
